Random Thoughts

When I came out of the Army, where I was in the field all the time I had only 4% body fat...and looked like a pit bull. Ahhh...those were the days..ain't nowheres close to that anymore..lol

I'd have never guessed you to even weigh 200 or even close. It doesn't show. (and no, I'm not hitting on you.)

If I went by my ideal weight with my height and bone structure,I'd look like a stick. Having said that,I sure could stand to lose 30-40 anyway.

if you were pure muscle at your BMI height/weight, you wouldn't look like a stick.. people just think they'd look like a stick, because you imagine a skinny version...

just think Spartan Soldier body.. that's what BMI really is..

Tomorrow I send a foster dog to her permanent home. She's been with us 6 months. This is going to suck.
